• Products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

• Products showing signs of use, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return or exchange.

• If the customer receives an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect, the return or exchange will be processed at no additional cost.

• Shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was caused by our store.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, the return or exchange request will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
